SAN FRANCISCO – June 22, 2017 – Womply, the leader in front office software for small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), today launched Customer Directory, a software solution that helps merchants automatically build a database of all their customers in one place.

Customer Directory transforms merchants’ transaction data into customer profiles so small businesses can get to know their patrons and build more valuable, long-lasting relationships with them. The process is easy for the merchant and frictionless for the customer. Each time a patron transacts with the merchant, a customer record is created or updated. Merchants can also manually create or update customer profiles.

As the database grows, merchants can search and filter customer records based on spending habits to tailor marketing campaigns, personalize promotions, and encourage repeat business. Customer Directory automatically identifies the business’s top 100 patrons and enables merchants to profile customers by their average spend, number of purchases, and lifetime value to the business.
