At Womply, values matter.

The nine values below form the foundation of Womply’s culture. They guide our decisions and reflect what matters most to us in candidates, colleagues, partners, and products.

Focus on results
We measure and evaluate success based on objective accomplishments. We value and reward results above effort.
Act like an owner
We take personal responsibility for the long term success of our company. We take pride in our individual contributions. We never say “that’s not my job.”
Demand Excellence
We have relentlessly high standards for ourselves and each other. In every case we compare ourselves to the best.
Have a bias for action
We move fast. We take calculated risks based on limited data because we trust our instincts. We always drive aggressively to a decision.
Stay humble
We are quietly confident; not arrogant or overly self-promotional. We let our results speak for themselves.
Communicate Candidly
We use crisp, straight-forward language to tell it like it is. We confront problems head on. We do not sugar coat or obfuscate.
Embrace Diversity
We treat people with dignity and respect. We strive to create an inclusive workplace and to prosper from our diversity.
Small Businesses First
We prioritize what’s right for small businesses in every decision we make. We do whatever it takes to earn and keep their confidence.
Have Fun
We look for fun and humor in our daily work. We embrace each other’s unique personalities. We don’t take ourselves too seriously.

Amazing people doing amazing things.

Pros
As a small startup, you have the opportunity to influence in many areas, and maintain ownership of your specific area. Great culture of working hard, and then stepping away to enjoy your life. Awesome benefits package. Weekly lunches, free drinks and snacks. The people are the best!

Cons
We shift a lot - typical for a startup, but if you don't handle change well, this is not the place for you. We move so fast, it can be hard to keep up sometimes.

Advice to Management
Keep hiring great people, but then step back a little more and let them do the job you hired them to do.
