The week leading up to the holiday was the biggest week of the year, and the week before that was the 3rd. Other big weeks included the week before Christmas and weeks during March and April.

The Friday and Saturday before Mother's Day were the top two days of the year, underscoring once more how big the holiday is for Missouri retailers. The holiday shopping season was also big from a single-day perspective for retailers in Missouri, accounting for the third biggest day of the year.
