So far everything is going smooth. I do wish there was a confirmation email once you apply for the PPP loan but, you can check the status and just leave the bot helper up after you ask a question and wait for a reply if you need help. It only takes a few minutes to wait for a response. I hope this helps since people don't seem to know how to get in touch with customer service. They are friendly and answer all your questions...

Womply has been amazing for us. I can’t thank them enough. I own three small businesses which were affected by the coronavirus pandemic. I originally applied through Bank of America for the paycheck protection program. It became very frustrating as they were slow moving and I could not speak with anyone directly. Someone told me about Womply so I reapplied all three businesses through them. I can’t believe how fast they worked to get it done even after Bank of America had about a four week jump on them, Womply got it done before Bank of America. I applied at my bank of many years on the day before the first round of money (the 2nd) after being contacted by my bank so I would be one of the first to be sent to the SBA but was told that they had a problem getting into the portal. After getting approved through Wompley and receiving the funds my bank called and said it showed up that I had applied through another bank and I need to be careful because I would probably not get the funds.
