I am not a native to interfacing with organizations on the internet, so there were many obstacles that I faced, and that others likely wouldn't have had questions about. But Wombly's online bots, and the actual humans monitoring communications, were able to help me whenever needed. I have qualified for 2 PPP loan draws and the first has just been funded.
