Appreciation: Being a small business it only takes one bad tenant to put you in bad straits, ( did not pay the rent for three months (would not take advantage of programs available to them and had to take them to court to even get them out of the property), and destroyed the property (vandalized the property when they left. That's one problem that was solved. Other tenants were late but finally paid and we did not charge late fees because of the pandemic. We pay the water but got behind in that. Unable to pay employees, needed new technology and equipment, etc. Thank you for helping me complete this loan. You saved us. We appreciate the time and effort your company invests to help people like me achieve great results to stay in business. We hope you take this statement of appreciation as our sincere gratitude for a job well done. (Note: Please accept my apology for being late getting this to you. My husband was diagnosed w/ Stage 4 Lung Cancer this past Friday. Not informing for sympathy; just letting you know why I was late).
