Very smooth process; Better experience then another site
Thanks to Womply, I was able to get assistance from SBA. I used a different site 3 months ago who took all my personal information and never assisted me. They told me I was approved and never sent anything else. Didn't answer emails or let me know what was happening. I had to write several people in the company and ask them to withdraw my application due to lack of responses and no movement in the process. Took weeks for them to withdraw as well. With Womply, I didn't even have to email a question, everything was explained with their Q&A section and I received updates of my progress. I was approved in about 2 weeks and was funded in about 2 weeks after. One small issues with the site was having to input information 2 or 3 times before accepted; the icon was not changing to a green check mark after information was submitted. Happen a few times but seemed not to delay my application. I am a small business and the easy of the application was a pleasure. I am looking forward to working with them again.
