The week leading up to the holiday was the biggest week of the year, and the week before that was the 12th. The week before Christmas was also huge, coming in as the second biggest week of the year.
Top 5 days for Idaho retail businesses
The holiday shopping season was responsible for the biggest day of the year, and a total of two of the top five days of the year overall. Mother's Day shopping was big from a single-day perspective as well, with the Monday and Saturday before the holiday coming in as the #2 and #3 biggest days of the year overall.
