What we learned about Louisiana
Louisiana is the 27th-ranked state for restaurants. For the most part, restaurants in Louisiana follow the national trends and averages in terms of transactions, ticket size, and revenue. Likewise, Louisiana restaurants experience a similar seasonality to the rest of the country, with the main difference being a particularly strong February and March.

To understand the average day for restaurants in America, we took a multidimensional look at their performance. We specifically looked at:

- Ticket Size: How much patrons spend on average per transaction.
- Daily Sales Revenue: How much revenue restaurants make per day.
