Why is my application not found?
One of two things may have happened:
- The email you put in cannot be found. Please remember to use the email address you used on your application.
- It can take up to 60 minutes for our systems to show your application on this page if you just applied.
I took the Fast Lane application route. How can I check my application status?
Please monitor your email for updates. We will notify you via email on the status of your application. If you did not complete the process, refer to the link that was emailed to you at the beginning of the process to complete the remaining steps needed to complete your application.
Why am I directed to a login screen to check status?
Your dedicated lender will have the most up to date information available. To view that information, simply navigate to your lender portal via the Check Status button.
How can I cancel my application?
Contact your lender directly. Here is a list of each lender’s Contact Info page:
