Our national study, which polled thousands of small business owners in all 50 states, revealed what’s driving optimism, anxiety, and action for local businesses this year. In Oregon, 72% of small businesses are optimistic about prospects in 2017 (ranking #20 nationally), compared to 70% among all U.S. merchants.
