This store will lose your clothing and not pay you in full for the cost of the lost items. If a cleaners misplaces or ruins items and they cannot pay for it in full then it must happen all too often.  This is unacceptable, find a better cleaners.

I was a loyal customer for 3 years who brought in my laundry every few weeks. Very friendly and great service UNTIL last week when I went to pick up a dress I had dropped off for dry cleaning. When I went to grab my dress, I immediately realized it was NOT my dress! A completely different black dress than what I had brought in. When I told the owner this, he said he would look into it and that I should came back the next week. When I came back, I told the owner that this still was NOT my dress. Rather than offering an apology or a solution and/or a refund, he continued to tell me that this was in fact the dress I had brought in and that I was merely mistaken. I think I would know my own dress. He claimed that because this dress had been ticketed with my order that it MUST be mine. He was extremely rude and refused to hear me out, acting as if I was making the whole thing up. He even went as far to say, "you can take this dress or leave it," after I had told him it wasn't mine. -- and offering me what was obviously another customer's dress! And he argued that because no one else had come by with a mix-up, I must be mistaken. The encounter ended with zero resolution and me with a missing dress, no refund, no apology, and not a single ounce of remorse from the owner. Needless to say, I will not be going back. This is TERRIBLE customer service and no paying customer should ever have to endure this kind of treatment.

Great, friendly neighborhood cleaners. It's hard to find great customer service these days and the people here are very helpful, accommodating as well as friendly. I drop my clothes off for both wash and dry as well as dry cleaning and have been doing so for the past 18 months. My clothes are always cleaned to my satisfaction and I've never had a problem. Free pick up and delivery also which is handy when you need it. Highly recommended.

the people are very nice and accommodating.  prices are reasonable.  tailoring is excellent.  personalized service.  highly recommend!  best cleaners/tailor i've bever been to

After the 3rd mess up, I decided it was time to switch cleaners. I will admit that in the beginning I was pretty happy with their service and quality, which is why I didn't give THAT much of a fuss when they messed up my sheets, but after they screwed up my leather jacket without much of an apology, I decided to switch. Here is a list of the things they messed and the responses that I got: 1) Ralph Lauren sheets had a light blue border that turned light green after they washed it. I never asked them to use bleach, but I'm guessing that's what they did. I was disappointed because these sheets were over $100, and when I went back to buy another one, Ralph Lauren was already sold out :(. So I went back to the cleaners to show them the change and that this sheet was no longer for sale. I then asked if there was anything they could do (I was trying to subtly ask for a credit or SOMETHING), they just said...sorry..nothing they could do. Like I said, I liked them so I just let this one slide. 2) Sorry, I can't remember the second incident...sorry! 3) I got my new leather jacket (only 1 month old) dry cleaned and when it came back it was a TOTALLY different color and texture. I mean this thing was RUINED. I was so upset and given this was the 3rd incident I went back demanding that that they purchase me a new jacket. They stated that they send out leather products to another company and that they have no responsibility or ownership in this process. They also stated that there is no way they would refund me the value of the jacket. What bothered me most was not only their lack of ownership, but the fact that they only wanted to cover their own butts. The owner didn't even offer to refund me the amount I gave them to get this jacket cleaned. I had to demand that from them and even then she didn't actually give me my money back. She just posted a credit in her system that I could use next time I came back. Needless to say, that credit is still sitting in their system. I NEVER went back. Bottom line: if you care about your stuff, don't go here.

Great service, solid price, nice employees, and they get the job done when they say they will. Not much else you can ask for from a cleaners.

Bottom line: if you care about your stuff, don't go here.

Is one of the best cleaners on the upper west side. They are very friendly, quick and free pick up and delivery. 
Customer service is a 10

They are consistently reliable and never fail to provide the most professional level of service. Such lovely people too!!
