Lived here for 2 years. Love the location and rooftop view. New lounge and children’s room are also fantastic.

Windows have issues which make drafts common; apts are cold in the winter and boiling in the summer. Building staff is friendly and professional but the off-site management office has employees that are smug and high strung. Overall, not a great experience.

Not sure what happened here, but I arrived for an appointment last week to view an apt to find that the top lock was locked and the agent did not have a key. It was a complete waste of 30 minutes of my time. When I sent follow up email to find out when I could see the apt, to date, no one has responded to me.... It's interesting to me that I was treated differently for some reason. My advice- look elsewhere

With the amount of inventory in Hudson Yards, I would advise going elsewhere to a building that is more responsive and service oriented...
