Dr. Kelley Farmer and her staff are tons of AWESOME! 

So I was spoiled and had a truly fabulous doctor in San Francisco, CA so there were HUGE shoes to fill!  She has done so in so many ways!  

She listens and hears me.  She pays close attention and keeps detailed notes which allows her to make recommendations on my meds.

The first thing she did was to, after our first session, was sent me for blood tests so she had her own baseline for me.  Very professional!  She asked a ton of questions and put me at ease that she is vested in my well being!

Her staff is warm and friendly and professional all at once.  When an appointment needed to be rescheduled, they called to get me in at the earliest possible next time!

There is never an issue getting my refills sent in!  So seriously important and the follow thru on this is efficient and prompt!

Best possible doctor for me!

I have been a patient of Dr. Farmer for over 10 years. I had been previously treated for depression by six other professionals with no success. The side effects of their prescribed medications were noticeable and sometimes quite disturbing. Dr. Farmer's prescription was effective immediately.  Minor adjustments were made to attain the most efficient dosage. I have been using the same prescription for 10 years with outstanding results and no side effects. Dr. Farmer is courteous and amiable. As for her staff, there have been no difficulties making/canceling appointments, billing, communications and authorizing prescription refills. They have been cordial, efficient and businesslike. Finally, I want all to know that I was a mess when I first saw her. She saved my life.

The offices are a clean and quiet environment. Parking is always available. The waiting area is clean and inviting with a charging station available. The staff has been great and efficient. Dr. Glass is extremely intelligent and understanding. Not a man of many words but I'm not there to socialize either, so it's a good fit for me.

Lets be clear, they only get one star because there is no ZERO STARS.
Unbelievable that she calls herself a professional.... this MD and her staff is a joke. But we aren't laughing. 
She 'stole' over $400 cash for an hour appointment that took 15 minutes, even charged more for writing the prescriptions.  Whaaat?  
One of the medications isn't even the correct strength of medication, and she wants more money to change it. The pharmacist informed us that the strength she wrote the prescription for doesnt even exist. Sheesh!  Pharmacy called the office too, with no followup from the office. 
The 2nd of the meds needs a prior authorization, but that won't happen this century it seems.  Its been nearly 5 weeks, and we have been told there is only one person on her staff that does them, and she was out due to a death in the family. Im truly sorry for her loss, but really, only one person is capable of this?
I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years, I have never seen such incompetence.  A prior auth can be completed in 20 minutes online, with approvals sometimes happening the same day.
I wouldn't be able to sleep at night if I treated my patients this way.
Im blown away by the lack of professionalism and negligence we have experienced as a result of our visit.  As a psychiatrist, you would think she would have a deeper regard for her patients.  Our situation was for ADHD, but I shudder to think about a schizophrenic or suicidal patient that needs attentive care. The ball gets dropped for them too?
You should be ashamed of yourself.  
We will be filing a complaint with the medical board. 
Stay away from Dr. Farmer and her staff, unless this is the kind of experience you are seeking.

I used to go to here for Therapy and Psychotherapy. After a breakdown my therapist increased the price of my appointments to a rate I couldnt afford, ostensibly dropping me a client with no explination after I had come to rely on her. The Dr I saw for diagnosis was reliable and well learned, but not up to date on new medication and science. He perscribed me a anti depressant, that worked, but was proven to be toxic at levels I took. My final statement is I just called them on accident, trying to call my new doctor. The woman at the front desk told me that doctor didnt work there, and I apologized and said I must have called the wrong number. She only said, 'Mhhmm' and hung up on me. Unacceptable. There is a much healthier and well managed practice down the road.

I wish I could give this place zero stars.  The staff is very rude and tell you "I will call back" but never do.  Paid bill then accuse you of not paying it.  The place is not organized at all.  No communication between staff.  Took a month  to get a report that should have only taken 2 weeks.  Never again.

I would give zero stars if I could. They cancel appointments without informing you until you get there. Then they won't refill your prescriptions or give you any extra to make to the new appointment that you didn't ask to reschedule, leaving you without medication. I had to go to the ER to get my seizure medications after a week because after cancelling my appointment without telling me, the couldn't fit me into their schedule for a month. A month without any medications! Seems like an extremely dangerous way to run a psychiatry practice. The office staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. My 20 minute appointment usually starts about 30 minutes late, and lasts for 5 minutes.
