VP of Brand & Communications
Brad Plothow leads the corporate marketing, communications, and design functions at Womply. He and his team are charged with generating demand for Womply’s products, providing sales enablement and design support, and building the Womply brand into a household name.
One of Womply’s first marketing hires, Brad has been building the Marketing & Communications department from the ground up since early 2017. Under his direction, Womply has expanded its functional competencies to include growth, product marketing, content marketing, marketing operations, partner marketing, public relations, visual design, and user experience design.
Prior to Womply, Brad was a Partner and Executive Vice President at Method Communications, the Holmes Report’s 2016 Tech Agency of the Year. At Method, Brad led business development efforts and was the senior strategist for some of the agency’s most iconic PR and integrated marketing campaigns for tech startups and venture capital firms. During his 15-year career, Brad has also rebranded one of the nation’s largest universities, launched and managed numerous print and online publications, won national awards for writing and integrated marketing campaigns, and ghost-written for founders, CEOs, university presidents, philanthropists, and a U.S. congressman.
Brad has a bachelor’s degree in journalism and communications and an MBA with an emphasis in management. He lives in Lehi, Utah with his wife and 4 children.
